What began with selecting paint colors and specifying rug sizes for our client evolved into a full interior renovation and update of this soft-contemporary townhome overlooking the Calibougie Sound. The client’s desire for a bold, dramatic palate as the priority was met with moody colors and grand furnishings. While formal, the desire for comfort was balanced in this home that is all about its view. The bathrooms and kitchen was completely demolished and renovated to make better use of the irregular layout. Massey Martin drew the plans for the renovation, oversaw the construction, and following the renovation completely furnished the residence.
